This position requires a self-starter with the desire to learn and develop strategies to accomplish established goals and the ability to identify areas within this role to keep the business healthy.
Key Accountabilities:
Cultivate positive relationships with customers Process all customer invoices in an accurate and timely manner Monitor accounts receivable:
call on customers for collections in a timely manner; document collection calls and communicate with management and Controller regarding progress Close supervision of accounts receivable aging, providing details on account activity action plans to mitigate and/or remedy concerns Record customer payment activity of assigned customers Organize all relevant documents for immediate accessibility The ideal candidate will:
Have strong communication skills Possess a natural curiosity in wanting to understand how to constantly improve Embrace the assigned duties and be willing to assist others when needed Exhibit a positive can-do attitude Be of a mature and stable disposition with the ability to reason solutions for challenges Requirements:
At least five years in a high-volume transaction environment Well-practiced in working with a broad range of customers Experience with the following systems:
QuickBooks Online, Bill.
