is seeking a Maintenance and Production Supervisor for a medical device packaging operation to direct production and maintain the facilities of a controlled environment.
Guardian Medical is a growth stage company aiming to redefine the way medical devices are delivered to the surgical field by Advancing Sterile Packaging.

cleaning and packaging of medical devices We are seeking a production supervisor to coordinate the production staff and maintain the facilities which include a highly regulated and controlled cleanroom environment.
The supervisor will be an integral part of our manufacturing process and quality systems.
This is a fast-paced environment in a quickly growing company.
The production supervisor will be exposed to all aspects of the operation, with significant opportunity to advance as the organization grows.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the clean rooms, water purification system and other equipment essential to Guardian's packaging operations.
Responsible for establishing and overseeing all maintenance, certifications, and calibrations required to meet quality and regulatory standards Coordinates and monitors work flow, including cleanroom manufacturing, receiving and shipping departments, and must be thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and other rules pertaining to the production team members.
Establishes work schedules, adjusts work priorities, and assignments of production team members to meet daily production needs in a cost-effective, safe and timely manner with tremendous sensitivity to the requirements of medical devices and implantable products.
Manages employee performance.
Rewards high performers and address underperforming employees.
Writes and delivers performance evaluations and development plans.
Documents any and all problems and provides action plans to operations management.
Responsible for on-the-job training of team members in the safe and efficient operation of tasks and equipment.
Utilizes the ERP software to update production orders and to assist in accurate record keeping.
Acts as a liaison between production and quality departments to report any nonconformances or corrective actions which appear during manufacturing.
Actively evaluates cleanroom standard operating procedures to efficiently track cleanroom controls.
Leads the safety program and contributes to a safe and clean work environment.
Must follow all laws and policies as they apply to one's job and maintains the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times.
Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team building skills Experience troubleshooting and maintaining equipment Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, team environment, as well as work independently Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, in English.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.
Adequate manual dexterity to perform assembly of small components.
Ability to perform required visual inspection of parts including passing required vision test.
Ability to lift 30lbs consistently and climb ladders to inspect equipment.
Positive interpersonal skills and professional interactions with coworkers is a must Familiarity with cleanroom policies and procedures is preferred Must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
