We are seeking a skilled Travel & Schedule Coordinator to establish monthly schedules for flight crew members and ensure that they are utilized effectively.

Come join our team! DUTIES:
Coordinate and administrate hotel, car, airline, and/or other applicable reservations.
Reconcile travel accommodations to ensure validity and uniformity with assigned schedule.
Establish relationships with vendors to negotiate competitive travel and accommodation pricing as needed.
Maintain a customer friendly attitude when communicating with crewmembers and other company personnel.
Establish and monitor monthly schedule for flight crew members.
Utilize multiple software systems to track and solve complex scheduling problems and complete required checklists.
Ensure the information in the scheduling software is accurate and complete.
Follow crew planning and company policies while also working with Employee requests.
Ensure effective utilization and positioning of crewmembers.
Communicate changes.
Communicate with Crew, across multiple departments, with Supervisors, HR and Management often acting as a liaison between multiple departments while understanding the objectives of the Company.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department, Director of Operations and/or Company.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Ability to make quick decisions while working in a high pressure, ambiguous environment while handling multiple tasks Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remain focused on critical issues Must be able to envision the big picture and how one change or modification can affect multiple areas.
Knowledge on Booking Platforms and travel coordination preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred:
ideally in business, aviation, business development, or sales related fields.
3-5 years of similar scheduling or travel booking experience is preferred not required.
Aviation experience is preferred not required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
