Key Responsibilities Promote the mission, vision and values of RAMM as a member of the marketing team and in close collaboration with other departments through creative and strategic use of social media and our website Support the following marketplace platforms:
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok Create strategies and concepts for social media channels and work closely with other members of the marketing team to direct content creation (listing, photographing, etc) Manage, create, and update product information, pricing, and content on the company website and social media platforms, maintaining fresh and engaging online presence Oversee writers, technical, and content-related matters for RAMM's blog website Create content for newsletters and sale blasts Monitor and respond to users; follow and engage others Analyze and report on qualitative data, translating results into recommendations for revising content or approach Monitor social media trends, adjusting strategies as needed Work closely with RAMM's Marketing Coordinator to produce long- and short-form video projects, including for social media Education:
Associates Degree Skilled in:
Effective communication with sales and marketing teams Efficient problem-solving Multi-tasking Time management Photography/Video Photo Retouching/ Video Editing Equine knowledge is helpful but not required.
