Customer Experience Representative

This person will interact with internal and external customers to ensure we are responsive to customer inquiries, driving an overall exceptional experience with our customers.
The Customer Experience Representative fosters a high energy, outcome-oriented, customer centric culture to drive success.
Essential Functions Supporting success within a team environment.
Process customer quote requests/orders/changes according to established department policies/procedures Answer general questions to exceed customer expectations, thoughtfully working with customer to address and alleviate concerns Upsell products and services Responsibly handle each customer scenario.
Keep up with product/service information and company/industry updates.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Manage a high volume of incoming emails and calls from customers, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of their requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and update their information as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook for email, Word, and Excel, and Internet required.
Physical Requirements Routinely sit, sometimes for extended periods, and work on a computer; Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and/ or bend as required.
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds infrequently.
Occasionally walk to the manufacturing area where the noise level is louder.
Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
The work setting is an office with occasional interaction in the manufacturing plant.
